2. AI Customer Analysis

3. Churn Risk Identification

For each customer, based on the AI model and on their purchase history, it continuously computes the probability that they would return for a future purchase.

4. Personalized Targeting

If that probability dips below a threshold, meaning that the customer is at risk of churning, it sends them an email with the discount code and smart product recommendations based on their taste.
